It’s simple! Just create an account on our website, browse our catalog, and select your desired products. Complete your payment via Email Transfer. Once we receive the payment, you’ll receive a tracking code in your email.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and we do not offer refunds for packages lost by Canada Post. If you have not received your order two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at elitedispensary.co@gmail.com. We will track the order with Canada Post to check its status. If the status shows the order is still in transit, Canada Post will label it as lost after 30 days and initiate an investigation, which may take up to five business days.
If Canada Post marks the order as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Additionally, we do not accept returns for packages with incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
For deliveries to community mailboxes, please specify this at checkout. We will ship your order with a “signature required” option to prevent theft, but please note that this service is only available upon request.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. We charge a flat rate of $25 for all other orders, shipped via Xpresspost with Canada Post. Every order will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Once you’ve sent the e-transfer, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process the payment. We will notify you by email once we receive the e-transfer. After your order is packed and shipped, we will also send you a tracking number by email.
We carefully pack all orders in vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure privacy and protect quality. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, providing secure and discreet delivery.
If you are using Canada Post to track your package and there seems to be an issue, it is likely due to human error. If you have provided the correct address, Canada Post will reroute the package to the valid address. Please allow a few additional days for delivery.
No, we only ship within Canada.
No, your privacy is protected. Our packaging is completely discreet, with no indication of cannabis contents. All orders are prepared professionally, and neither the driver nor courier will know what’s inside.
